As anyone running an outdoor business knows finding these people, keeping in contact with them and matching their work schedule to yours is a difficult and time consuming task.

Coefficient spends its time maintaining a large network of high quality freelance outdoor staff and matching them to work that suits both them and our clients. Consequently, Co-efficient retains access to instructors that have 4+years of experience who can “hit the ground running” at short notice. This capacity means that our clients can confidently take on larger jobs knowing that we will find the extra people they need to do the job well.

Another advantage to using Coefficient is that we look after all the statutory requirements associated with employing staff.  Workers Compensation, PAYG Tax, Public Liability insurance, Superannuation, Child Safety Blue cards etc are all taken care of by Coefficient. We have also negotiated an enterprise agreement which ensures that we are paying staff in line with national employment standards.

Ever need extra equipment? Through our network we help our client’s source extra equipment from other program providers. Our unique position means that we know who is doing what, when and can point our clients to the operators most likely to hire out their unused equipment. We also own specialist equipment such as mountain bikes which we only hire out to Coefficient clients.
